The Rresearch Of The Employment Legal Regulation Of The "establishing Company"

The"establishing company",who loads the task of setting up the company, when it gradually improves the conditions under legal process, will inevitably produce a variety of legal relations with others, it will also mushroom relatively complex disputes of labor and employment. The research of the employment legal regulation of the"establishing company"is conduced to safeguarding the interests of the parties,transaction security and to maintain the stability of the economic order. However, in China's company law and labor legislation when talking about the meaning,the nature and the legal consequences of the employment practices , there is no clear definition. This article gived a shallow analysis of the above problems in theory, at the same time analysed the present situation of the employment legal regulation and its institutional gaps of China's existing laws on the"establishing company", it also raised some suggestions on the employment legal regulation imagines of the establishing company.
