| It is an important policy and measure for the Public Security Organ that making use of synchronous audio and video recording during the whole interrogation process. There are short of financial support, legal rules, law enforcement and officers'ability.Chapter 2 talks about the importance of the implementation of synchronous audio and video recording in detection. It is significant to ensure judicial justice, protect human rights and have minds of equity. From the application, including the protection of both sides of interrogator and suspect to explains its value.Chapter 3 shows some national and international background information about this institution. National part backs to its building and conducting, especially in procuratorate and public security departments. International part introduces the settings and implementations about this institution in UK,US and Taiwan area. List and analyze their advantages.Chapter 4 gives some suggestions and advisory in terms of operation of audio and video recording in our country. Point out the main problems lie in operation: definitely rules its implement, clear its legal status, build guidelines such as the presence of a lawyer to establish the right to exclude illegal evidence, privilege of silence, separation of detention from investigation. Meanwhile reinforce hardware,software and supervisal system in order to consummate this institution.
