The Lack And Rebuild Of Trust In The Process Of Modernization In China

Facing the uncertainty and risk, on the basis of the exchange interaction, trust is the expectation to the other actors in the future success of individual action and the effective operation of the system in the future. History and borders, trust inertia, and cultural and institutional constraints are three structural dimensions of trust. In the context of cultural and institutional constraints, with the help of trust inertia, according to history, experience and specific role in society, we can decide a definition if individual action or operation of the system is given trust. This is the mechanism of trust. Transmission mechanism of trust consists two aspects:the one hand, the three dimensions of trust make different effects to the static circle of trust, as the result of trust transmission, which includes Interpersonal trust circle and institutional trust circle; on the other hand, the power, as the factor, affects to the social circle of trust which is the dynamic transmission process of trust. The root reasons of lacking trust is the crack of the social circle of trust. Trust model make a crack during the transition from Interpersonal trust model to institutional trust model. The lack of trust in the process of modernization in China has become a grim reality. It is a pressing need to rebuild trust system.
