This study select college-gaduate village official as research objects.In this article, methods such as the matic analysis, behavior event interview and questionnaire survey were used to explore the preliminary competency mode of college-graduate vllage official and edit questionnaire. The research and results are as following:Study 1:the preliminary competency mode-building of college-graduate vllage official.First of all, the matic analysis, job analysis, field observations were used to explore the structure of college-graduate vllage official. Then, we interviewed samples by the key behavioral event interview techniques and encoded the interview results according to competency dictionary. Finally, integrate the results of the competency mode term questionnaire of college-graduate vllage official to establish the competency model of college-graduate vllage official initially. The major findings are as follows:the competency mode of college-graduate village official are interpersonal understanding, service-oriented, achievement-oriented, emphasis on order and the quality, initiative (action and decisive), information gathering, impact and influence, relationship building, self-control, self-confidence, flexibility, organizational commitment, train others, teamwork, team leadership, analytic thinking, conceptual thinking, expertise and technology, ability to create wealth, political beliefs, etc.Study 2:the dimension-studing of the competency mode of college-graduate village official.The self-prepared self-rating scale of the competency mode of college-graduate vllage official came into being a formal questionnaire through the first test, amendment, re-test,amendment. We have implemented a large-scale questionnaire -survey.Then we processed data in statistical methods such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis. The results showed that:the competency mode of college-graduate vllage official consists of seven dimensions:psychological, learning ability, working ability, the ability to develop relations, interpersonal understanding, achievement-oriented, practical intelligence, and the examination on the influence of population statistics variables on each of competency. Finally, the article also describes the elicitation and suggestions of this study such as the selection of college-graduate vllage official, training, career planning, self-identification.
