A Study Of College-graduate Village Official Management Mechanism

This article use college-graduate village official of Songyuan City, Jilin Province as aresearch sample, carry out specific modeling analysis and practice verification，inaccordance with the composition of the management mechanism connotation, take thecompetency model as research methods.Finally this article will propose innovative applications, in response to the currentsituation and problems of management mechanism,based on a competency modelperspective.The first part of the thesis, I will do some general theoretical analysis of themanagement mechanism, describ from connotation characteristics and specificcomposition of the management mechanism, propose the significance of improve andperfect the management mechanism and the overall writing ideas of the thesis.Then I willpropose competency model and its value for management mechanism innovation in thesecond part of the thesis, which to discussed in detail on build and validate the model.Eventually forming the basic framework of the competency model through literatureresearch and field exploration.The third part of the thesis, I discussed the situation and problems of themanagement mechanism in the view of competency model.At last I proposed innovationpath of the management mechanism for the existing problems.This study aims to achieve three purposes.First of all,I will carry on detailsinnovation of the competency model by integrating the existing literature professionalresearch. Looking forward to effectiveness of the application.Secondly, proposedapplication results prospect in accordance with the management mechanism connotationthen combined the competency model and the actual work effectively.Finally, I expect the results of the competency model and management mechanismoutlook could be useful for the actual work of the college-graduate village official ofSongyuan.
