Research On Community Participation Of Rural Women In The Perspective Of Villagers' Autonomy

The participation of women has become a female development of a global weak links, there is no exception that this phenomenon is the same in our country.On behalf of the proportion of women among the Chinese National People's Congress, China is also one of the countries whose proportion of women members of Parliament does not meet the corresponding national average value, less than 30%. In our country, under the construction of new rural communities, women's community participation is still quite weak.Especially in the current state, women's community participation will actively promote not only the building of new rural communities, but also the inevitable requirement for the development of socialist democratic politics,which is also beneficial to building a harmonious socialist new countryside and promoting the construction and development from the self-government by villagers in Chinese rural to the "community-based management".Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the present status through the case study of rural women's community participation in community-based public affairs and the activities, and then looks forward to exploring some suggestions and measures, in order to improve the social status and the participation level of women in rural communities.
