| The No.1 document of the central government in 2020 clearly stipulates that it is necessary to enhance the sense of ownership of the grassroots people,mobilize the grassroots people to actively participate in rural grassroots governance,and maintain rural harmony and stability.As an important member of the rural areas,women are responsible for the development of rural areas.The grassroots governance of rural areas cannot do without the support of rural women.Ensuring the rights of rural women to participate in political affairs and effectively improving the level of rural women’s participation in politics can not only promote the growth of rural women’s personal capabilities and promote the harmonious development of men and women,but also fully mobilize women’s groups to participate in rural grassroots governance.In order to strengthen the construction of grassroots democracy and realize the revitalization of the countryside,contribute women’s strength.The leaders of the party and the country have long paid close attention to the growth of women’s groups.At the 25th Global Women’s Summit,General Secretary Xi Jinping promoted gender equality,empowered women with political and economic rights,improved women’s social status,and promoted The all-round development of women explains China’s position.However,because our country has been in a feudal society for a long time,traditional ideas such as strong men and weak women,men in charge of foreign affairs and women in charge of internal affairs have been potentially affecting people’s values.In addition,rural women’s overall education level is low and economic foundation is weak.There are still many shortcomings in the participation of rural women in politics.This article is based on the theory of political participation,supported by the theory of the all-round development of human beings,through literature research,questionnaire surveys and interviews,combining theory with practice,and examining the actual participation of rural women in Shenze County in the process of villager autonomy.In-depth investigation,and statistical analysis of the research data using Stata software.The survey results show that although the current rural women’s political participation has increased to a certain extent,in the entire process of villagers’self-government,rural women still have insufficient political participation willingness,weakened political participation capabilities,low levels of political participation,and political participation effectiveness.Weakness and other issues.To promote the political participation of rural women in villager autonomy,we must grasp the prerequisite of economic development,grasp the key factor of quality training,clarify the basic way of optimizing the environment,and implement the important guarantee of the construction of grassroots autonomous organizations.Based on this,this article puts forward specific suggestions:consolidate the economic foundation of rural women,strengthen the training of rural women’s talents,optimize the environment for rural women’s political participation,and improve the construction of rural grassroots autonomous organizations.It is hoped that through the study of rural women’s participation in politics at the grassroots level,they can see the big picture from a small point of view,and contribute little to further strengthen rural grassroots governance,promote grassroots democratization,and maintain rural harmony and stability. |
