"Human rights" are words that we are familiar with, experienced many vicissitudes in the history, and life time restoration, not like just an empty word. One based on various needs of understanding and interpretation and assigned to it, in different time. Although did not propose formally and no systematic concept and ideology and theory about "human rights", Sartre had some ideas about human rights in his works of philosophy and literature. He had been studying something about people's philosophy of existentialism, in order to show us his human rights theory. All his life, he struggled against the residual monarchical feudal society, the Church of God the privilege of power and the bourgeois society. In this process, he advocated against the oppression and slavery, requiring human equality, freedom and the right for development of the human intelligence, human dignity, promoting respect for the property, etc., to express his human rights requirements and thoughts. Sartre committed to the studies of people though his all life.It was no doubt that his studies provides us with important theoretical basis and reference value in this area. His theory of human, along with China's reform and opening up the process, after half a century of trials and hardships, has produced a noticeable influence in our thoughts. It not only brings us inspiration and thinking in theory, but also guiding the human rights of our building socialism with Chinese characteristics in practice. Through research about Sartre's ideas of human rights, we can better understand the true meaning of Marxist ideology of human rights, provided an important reference for the construction that human rights theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, human rights theory, the development of human rights of the Marxist ideology.Paper is divided into four parts:Part I:The basis that the thought of Sartre's human rights was generated.
