This paper uses the theories of political science, statistics, history and international relations to analyze materials by the means of case studies with overall research,macro and micro analysis,quantitative and qualitative comprehensive analysis. First, to trace the relevant background of the eight Taiwan pollsters in Taiwan,then study the horizontal surveys of Taiwan,involves several polls topics,such as Morakot Typhoon Disaster, the cross-strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), Ma Ying-jiu "ruling" anniversary polls, the "Five-cities Mayor"elections polls,attempt to identify the different pollsters' objectivity and impartiality. Chapter three longitudinal researchs Taiwan's public opinion surveys, including the "President" Ma's satisfaction and trust trend", people's tend to party, Taiwan Public Mood Index which published by "Grand vision" magazine.Chapter four analyse the relationship between politics and public opinion polls in Taiwan.The innovation of this paper is that:identified eight Taiwan pollsters' political color and their polls objectivity and fairness conditions with data and the fact.In terms of political color, "Liberty Times","Taiwan Think-tank"stands for"Green Media" and "pro-independence camp's media ", and "China Times","United Daily News"on behalf of the "blue media".In terms of political stance,"Liberty Times","Taiwan Think-tank" bias "pan-green camp", and "China Times","United Daily News" bias "pan-blue camp".TVBS, ERA TV, "Apple Daily","Grand vision" Magazine polls centers tend to have a certain neutrality.
