Explore Private School Teachers' Legal Status Of Guangdong

To enter the 21st century, our education to develop very rapidly, a public education and a private education carry out coordinated development. As one of provinces in China that start and develop private education earlier, has now become the largest students scale in the provinces. " Privately-run schools promote law " was implemented in 2003, Guangdong province formulated "implement way of Privately-run schools promote law" in 2010, which means the private school development is being into a steady growth and the consolidation period. In this period, the teacher to the private schools has become a major and most pressing problem. This paper explores the equal legal status of teachers in schools, to provide a theory as to improve the relevant policies and regulations of Guangdong province from the angle of the law.The paper takes three ways of documents study, questionnaire survey and comparative analysis, to study academic papers, works and regulations, to master teachers'situation of live and work in two private school in Guangzhou, to analysis the legal protection of the "equal legal status" in abroad and other provinces and cities, for the successful completion of this paper provides a good condition. In the paper on process, I proposed to protect the legal status of teachers in private schools form two aspects of legal system and ruling by law, also hope the future can be worked out a specialized legal for private teachers and to improve the existing legal environment.This article should be more innovative, as theory and practice of world in our country attention to private education, and ignore the private school teachers'the equal legal status. The teacher is a school, only a stable and high-quality corps of teachers can make private schools to achieve sustainable development. In addition, the legal neither make the law of private school teachers, nor make legislation cry. Therefore the paper try to resolve this issue from the law.
