Study On Teacher Victims Of School Violence Crimes

The phenomenon of School violence in China is intensifying all the time, and the specific school violence which aims at teacher or other school faculties keeps increasing too. Researches about the issue of teacher victims in school violence crimes in our country are insufficient and laggard. Consequently, teacher victims of school violence crimes are neglected for a long time. By studying victims’Victimity and analyzing the reason of victimization and the relationship between victim and criminal, Victimology proposes and promotes the theory of "victimization prevention". Victimization prevention for teacher and other school faculties should analyze the emphasis and types of prevention, build the prevention system. Measures of victimization prevention for teachers includes activating and enhancing teachers prevention awareness, improving the training of victimization prevention for teachers, promoting protective device and equipment, perfecting the legislation for crime prevention and victimization prevention. In the future, our country should establish a full range and diversified prevention system.
