Does political philosophy research on how to make the individual implement his own value in a group, or how to "enable individuals to achieve their own and the group to achieve reunification?" When Confucianism put the focus on Confucian ethics which means to achieve their goals among the people communication, what the reason is? Confucian political ideal-"The Three Dynasties", "Wang Dao", and the description of Yao and Shun all emphasize its quality of "Benevolence and Filial Piety" rather than other aspects of the characters. Why is the politic of Benevolence and Filial strongly advocated in politics and introduced to the world? Which complex and realization of life is inside of the common saying of "love the families " and "respect the superior"? How do the Chinese meditate and clinch the existence of themselves on nowadays, through the history? Confucius and Mencius' talk about Benevolence, Righteousness, and Li finally are based on the filial piety, and people begin and end both with filial piety which means filial piety is human nature to start the initial and accomplish the final result. People must be "good students with good take on his death for the universe Responsibility ".Lao siguang has said that Confucianism "do not worship god and do not fall into material desire", but advocate "moral myself". Filial piety as a virtue of this the true meaning; what does that mean? Why filial piety is the inner order of person and the great ethics when someone said "there is little difference between humans and other animals"? Thus see that, what is Confucians believe about the people settle in the most important and most reliable position? All of these issues and concerns are around the last point "xiao ti", the traditional Chinese culture in a sense, can be called "ren xiao" culture, and traditional Chinese society that is founded on filial piety, which makes Chinese one of the major cultural phenomenon and different from ancient Greek and Roman civilization and Indian civilization.This article want to point out that Benevolence and Filial contain what is the human being and the nature of human being through the interpretation of the saying " Filial is the base of benevolence" and the contrast to other civilization and try to illustrate that the base of benevolence and filial is oriented from the pursuit of integration which is the common ground among civilizations. On the one side, benevolence and filial derive from Being which means identity with man and heaven, the same feeling of man and god and all in one, and on the other side, benevolence and filial is being which means identity with father and son, husband and wife and emperor and subjects. All of these secular emotions observe the order of university and moral and are the integration of aims and methods. Via this mode of trinity, people can establish the secular order which accomplishes the character of gentleman for individual and implement the country of "Wang Dao" which worship the priciple of "Qin qin, Zun zun, Fu fu,Zi zi".
