Research On The Ideological And Political Work Of Urban Village Reconstruction

Urban village is a new phenomenon appeared in the process of China's urbanization and it is a new domain in CPC's ideological and political work. In the new situation of accelerating urbanization, modernization and comprehensive construction of a harmonious society, the social status of urban village is increasingly prominent. In addition, the problems such as complicated demographic composition, dirty environment, hindered planning and construction of town and low comprehensive quality of the residents, make urban village reconstruction imperative. It is necessary to pay close attention to the ideological and political work of urban village reconstruction and play the powerful effect of ideological and political education; this has extremely vital significance on improving residents'civilization quality, promoting urban village reconstruction and constructing new socialist community.Compared with other areas, urban village has some particularity. Therefore, its ideological and political work has some corresponding differences. Facing the new situations of diversified ideologies and material interests, and also a series of urban village problems, it is far from enough to use the previous routines. The old urban village ideological and political work doesn't suit the new situation now. Therefore, in order to promote urban village reconstruction, to find out efficient ways of carrying out the ideological and political work, is very critical in our current theory research of ideological and political work.This article starts from the juncture of ideological and political work and urban village reconstruction. On the basis of reviewing related researches, this article firstly expounds the connotation and characteristics of urban village and the ideological and political work in urban village reconstruction. It also points out the important role of the ideological and political work in urban village reconstruction. Then, combining the situation reflected by some relevant document researches and the questionnaire survey of Taiyuan City residents, it analyzes the current problems and causes of the ideological and political work in urban village reconstruction. Finally, getting beneficial enlightenment through the analysis and reference of the ideological and political work reconstruction of of Qin Xian and Xi Wu, the urban villages of Taiyuan City, the article puts forward concrete suggestions of strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in urban village reform from six aspects. These suggestions are also based on the total ideas of realizing the benign interaction among the ideological and political work and economy, CPC construction, city management, city service and city culture. The aim is to make the ideological and political work play better in urban village reconstruction.
