Research On The Ideological And Political Work In Urban Villages

In the 21 st century,along with the rapid economic growth in our country,as a product of the urbanization and the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the urban village has increasingly become an indispensable part of urban development in our country.The good people and baddies mixed up and were very diversified in the villages,where social laziness is relatively lax.It is a "gray area" of rural integration into the community.It is precisely because the urban village has gradually become the universal existence in the development of our country and the complex environment in the urban village,which makes the urban village urgently need guidance of the mainstream ideology,which puts forward higher requirements on the ideological and political work in the village.This study provides the basis for the value.In my opinion,this paper chooses A Village in Qingshanhu District of Nanchang as an example,mainly considering that as a relatively backward urban village in A village.In 2009,it is still a transitional village with 60 mu of arable land.Nowadays,it has become the mature town village in the top three of the region with 100 million yuan of tax revenue.On the one hand,it has more experience in researching and developing than in those still in its early stages of urban development.On the other hand,Various tasks,including ideological and political work,has its own unique methods,which is worth learning.Of course,the author knows a case is not representative.Therefore,he not only summarized the regularity and methods about the development of our ideological and political work,but also hoped to choose this benign development of the village in city,and analyzed its successes and shortcomings,and analyzed its working methods and lessons.Then,it can provide a way of thinking and method for the ideological and political work in the village.By adopting the methods of literature research,case study,investigation and study,the author tries to explore the ideological and political work of the urban village deeply.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research status at home and abroad,as well as introduces the significance of the research,the research content,research objectives,research methods and feasibility analysis,research conditions and innovations.The second part clarifies the related concepts,and gives a general description of case A village,thendiscusses the importance of ideological and political work in villages in terms of lifeline,spiritual civilization construction,material civilization construction and harmonious promotion.The third part analyzes the problems in the development of the the urban village,and then elaborates the challenges that these problems bring to the ideological and political work in terms of subject diversity,ideological pluralism,and values change.The fourth part mainly introduces the new problems encountered in the ideological and political work of the urban village.According to the actual situation in village A,the causes of the problems are analyzed.Based on these reasons,the last part of the article provides some suggestions on how to do well the ideological and political work of the urban village.It mainly proposes from the aspects of the construction of the work team,the content of the work and the methods of work.This article also elaborates on the successful experience of the village A,in order to provide a detailed reference path for the ideological and political work in the villages.
