China is a unified multi-ethnic socialist country. Achieving common unity and progress, and common prosperity and development is the core theme of current work managing ethnic affairs. To focus on this subject, it must accelerate minority ethnic groups and ethnic areas'economic and social development. The growth of ethnic minority cadres is not only an objective requirement of acceleration in development of ethnic minority regions, but also an urgent need for minority development.
