On The Thoughts Of CCP's Construction Of Cadres Of Ethnic Minorities Since The 18th National Congress

Building a contingent of high quality cadres of ethnic minorities is an inevitable requirement for the development of ethnic areas and ethnic work in the new era.Under the guidance of the "two centenary goals",minority areas,as "weak spots" in social development,need minority cadres to play an active leading role.Since the 18 th National Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping as the core of the party central committee is to inherit the classical writers of marxism and several generations of leaders' thought of minority cadres team construction,combining with the history of the communist party of China minority cadres team construction of practical experience,in view of the new era of the new situation changes,continuous innovation in theory and practice,formed the CCP's Construction of Cadres of Ethnic Minorities since the 18 th National Congress.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss.Introduction: this paper elaborates on the research background and theoretical and practical significance of the study,defines the core concepts in the study,and describes the relevant domestic research results in this field,and explains the main research ideas,methods and innovations.Chapter one: from the theoretical origin,the historical basis and the realistic requirements of three aspects of the CCP's minority cadres construction thought formed since eighteen.Chapter two:combining with the important exposition of the Party Central Committee on the construction of ethnic minority cadres since the 18 th National Congress and the relevant policies and measures adopted by the Party and the state,this paper expounds the main contents and characteristics of the thought on the construction of ethnic minority cadres of the CCP since the 18 th National Congress.Chapter three: summarizes the achievements made in the construction of ethnic minority cadres of the CCP since the 18 th National Congress,analyses the deficiencies existing in the current implementation of the ideology of the construction of ethnic minority cadres of the CCP,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
