The Legal Research About Issue Of Teachers As Paid Tutors

It's a hot topic that Teachers can or can't be paid tutor among the education sector,many researchers have been studied and discussed it from different angles, legislations had been passed to superintend the problem from different standards, some places completely banned,some places only limited,some places did not discuss the issue.In view of this,this dissertation combined with the legal status of teachers, taking into account the standards of other countries or regions,concluded that Teacher can be paid tutor. We argue that the reason of teacher engage in paid tutoring included:needs of society, teachers are the best Participants,and lack of appropriate regulatory measures. No matter teachers are citizens or just as teacher:they have the right to engage in paid tutor, but this does not mean that they can do anything,what they do must be accord certain standards:certain time, certain place, non-coercive,or what they do is illegal.Then,after research on legislations that we had talked, we Conclude that it's inappropriate and illegal to ban teachers from participating in paid tutor.At the end, learned from experience legal status of teachers and teachers on part-time problems of other countries and regions,we will propose the strategies of sovling the problem, including the development of education,limited participation of teachers,state subsidies, development education agency.In Short, teachers have the right to participate in paid tutor, but there should be some restrictions.Also, the Government should vigorously develop education to meet the educational needs of the people.
