| Kazakhstan and China are neighboring with long common border and vast amounts of cross-border ethnic groups. The constructions of the national relationship of Kazakhstan are related to social life and stability of relevant ethnics in China. And so, the research on Kazakhstan's ethnic relations and social stability is not only related to Kazakhstan itself, but also China's own interests.The two countries are members of the Shanghai cooperation organization, in recent years; the two countries' economic ties are getting closer, the cooperation areas continue to expand in Kazakhstan; China economic investment in Kazakhstan also has enlarged. China's oil imports from Kazakhstan increased per year; China has a very important passage of oil source that is significant for the safety of China oil. Under the background, it is necessary to make a meticulous research and analysis on Kazakhstan national relations and social stability.Kazakhstan successively has implemented some national policies based on the theory of building a national state in politics, culture and other fields since its independence. In the process nationalization, complicated ethnic structure is one of the main factors that influence social stability. In Kazakhstan, nationalization implies changes. These changes possibly influence interests of non- Kazakhstan, and worsen the complicated ethnic issue. Based on the changes in Kazakhstan national policies after independence, the paper is tried to analyze the change and development of Kazakhstan national relations, discuss the impact of national relations on the social stability, so as to card the national relations and social stability. Also, the author tries to unscramble the essence of Kazakhstan national relations by analyzing the thought of national policies and management. Through the research of national relations to social stability and ethnic relations, the paper tries to provide policies for further development of Kazakhstan national relations.
