Mass Disturbances And The Distribution Structure Of Social Resource

In recent years, The quantity of mass disturbance in China has been increasing continually.The incidents'properties of violence and pointing against government has appearenced apparently. Why mass disturbances happen like this?What is the structural fountain of mass distuibance? In this paper,we will try to give answer to the questions.Firstly,We will analysis the happening mechanism of mass disturbance bansed on describing two typical incidents.But why mass disturbances happen like this?Then,we will give explain from the aspect of subjects of incident:The central government,local government and populace.We will describe every subject's action in incidents,analysis their appeal and summarize their properties.That is the vagrantization of populace,the benefit subjectization of local government and the aloofization of central government. It is the action,appeals and the properties which influence the styles of the happening and appearance of mass disturbance.But why the subjects have properties like this?Moreover,we will give answer from the aspect of distribution of social resource. We know that it is the distribution style of power,wealth and validity which fashion the properties of subjects after analysising.We statement the distribution structure of social resource as:The central government:centralization and resource abundance; Local government:alienation and vying with populace for benefit; Populace: discontent and bitterness accumulating.Now,we can get the conclusion that the distribution structure of social resource is the structural fountain of mass distribution and also influence the sytle of mass distributaion.Under this distribution structure,mass disturbance will happen frequently,but will be limited in one place and one time.There maybe many conflict between local government and populace for fighting with each other for benefit.But these conflict will not influence the dominate of central government and the socail stability of China.
