The Investigation Into Grassroots Group Organization And Grassroots Work Problems In Shangdu County

Grassroots group organization and grassroots work under the the boundaries of communist youth league and youth are the main intermediary of communist youth league to perform basic duty, the basic way to realize the function, the fundamental symbol of energy group. Strengthening constructions of grassroots group organization and grassroots work for new challenges and new request has total significance. Since the communist youth league of China has done the work about strengthening constructions of grassroots group organization and grassroots work, the work patterns have a good change. However, the problems are still exists, which are about limited coverage and unstrong vigor. Especially in slow economic and social development area, the group lacks all kinds of resources so that the work performance is not good enough, such as Shangdu county.Based on the situation of Shangdu county's construction of grass-roots organization and grassroots work, learning the knowledge of the domestic and foreign organizational behavior, modern management and human resources management relevant theoretical, this paper think and explore the problem of constructions of grassroots group organization and grassroots work. Thesis mainly following three aspects:the first part is primary introducing the situation and analizing the problem of Shangdu county's construction of grass-roots organization and grassroots work.
