Basic civil servants are the main body of civil servants in our country.They are the primary human resources agency for the basic administration.They go directly to the grassroots and serve the grassroots.Tax authorities are also responsible for collecting taxes for the country and the people,and have made important contributions to China’s economic and social construction in the process of mergers and acquisitions and development.As tax cuts and tax cuts was deepened in recent years,as well as state and local tax collection and administration system reform in 2018,the department employee’s work content task,intensity and pace of taxes,tax especially lawn-radical significantly increased the number of tax personnel,which not only make the window staff work inder enormous pressure,but also increased the difficulty of the new civil servants to adapt to the work.On the basis of this panorama,the work asks the following questions:What causes basic civil servants to enter new difficulties?Second,what are the needs of the new grass-roots civil servants?Third,how can we effectively avoid the difficulty of adapting new basic civil servants through social assistance services and facilitate their faster and better adaptation to work?This study hopes to answer these questions and explore the difficult situation of adapting to the new basic civil servants and intervening through social service mode,so as to promote the new basic civil servants to adapt to the new working environment in a harmonious way.Adapt to employment,maintain the good image of national tax revenue and government.Combining combined with the tax authorities for the first time I work experience in tax administration,from the tax authorities in the window of basic social services perspective,this document assumes that the first tax authorities to adapt to the new civil service jobs of my tax authorities on tax service as investigation object,through literature,questionnaire and participant observation to collect data,and a method for the team as the main service method,and combined with cognitive theory and the theory of sociology.Learning,advantage theory,data collection survey and analysis,a specific analysis of the new civil servants to adapt to the current situation and adapt to the key points of the new job civil servants,in order to avoid nervous mental anxiety,emotional anxiety,work tired,trying to get off the car and other problems caused by the social intervention in the social work environment.On this basis,target the impact on the grassroots Social work intervention for newly recruited civil servants to adapt to their work.Through the investigation,it is found that first of all,the difficulties in adapting to the employment of new basic civil servants are manifested as high professional psychological pressure,insufficient psychological adaptability,low sense of self-efficacy,and poor self-learning adaptability.Difficulties include a large gap in job expectations,lack of work ability and skills,high law enforcement risk,leading to high psychological stress as well as the impact of work environment factors,foundation and so on.Second,the demand of the new civil servants at the grass-roots level to improve adaptability is to strengthen the new civil servants to the goal of training the ability to work in the early,build up pressure release platform,the establishment of a social support network,improve the working ability and avoid the third,improving work adaptability through collective activity,can effectively overcome the influence factors of the new civil servants at the grass-roots level,improve adaptability;Efforts should be made to adapt new civil servants at the grassroots level to the working environment.The researchers put forward service suggestions in response to the above issues,including improving the initial training system for civil servants:highlighting timeliness,Through integration and reflection,the researchers proposed new service recommendations,mainly to improve the initial training system for civil servants,emphasizing punctuality.systematization and relevance.Establish professional social work and establish links with construction unions and trade union confederations on both sides;In addition,the researchers hope that in future studies we will be able to fully consider the different layers of the system and intervene using a variety of social work methods.Horizontal research and continuous intervention can enhance the role of social intervention in work,help new civil servants to improve their work adaptability,and maintain the good image of national tax revenue and even the government.
