Study On The Construction Of Grassroots Service Group In Yunnan Universities

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the series of important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping,he has made many important remarks on the work of youth and youth,which are concentrated in the work practice of serving young people in China.Therefore,strengthening the construction of grassroots service-oriented organizations in colleges and universities,adapting to the development of the Communist Youth League in the new era of China,further improving the scientific level of grassroots league organization in colleges and universities,better fulfilling the organizational functions of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,and realizing the organizational mission of the Communist Youth League,has an important role.This paper mainly uses the three methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case interview method to discuss: Firstly,clarify the connotation and characteristics of the construction of grassroots service organization in colleges and universities and its importance.Secondly,through the investigation and summary of the grassroots service group in Yunnan universities The status quo of organization construction,drawing on the experience of the construction of grassroots service-oriented organizations in Yunnan universities,and summarizing the current difficulties faced by grassroots service-type organizations in Yunnan universities.According to the author's conclusion,the current difficulties faced by grassroots service-type organizations in Yunnan universities mainly include: lack of long-term service mechanism,lack of effective service activities,lack of overall service environment,and lack of initiative of service entities.The emergence of these problems has hindered the development of the current grassroots service-type organization in Yunnan universities.Investigating the reasons,the author mainly analyzed the external reasons and internal causes.Finally,the author proposes innovative countermeasures to strengthen the construction of grassroots service-type organizations in Yunnan universities.Mainly by strengthening the basic work of grassroots party building in Yunnan universities,updating the service concept ofgrassroots service group organization construction in Yunnan universities,strengthening the construction of innovation service activities of grassroots organizations in Yunnan universities,and building a high quality service environment for grassroots service groups in Yunnan universities.And establish and improve the service system of grassroots organizations in Yunnan universities.The construction of grassroots service-type organizations in Yunnan universities is a long-term and complicated project.It requires the participation of the state,schools and each university student to promote the good results.
