Research On The Migrant Workers' Moral Construction In Urbanization

As the only way of economic development, Urbanization is also an important indicator for measuring of the level of modern development of a country or region. Fujian, as the first one of the provinces for Implementing of Reform and opening up policy, has entered a period of rapid urbanization now. Urbanization will inevitably bring about large-scale population Migration and mobility. Fujian has more than 800 million migrant workers now, these people made a great contribution for the development of the cities and society in Fujian, promoting the process of urbanization effectively. However, their non-adaptive performance in ideas and moral behavior also bring many unsafe risks to the social stability, directly restricting the process of urbanization. Therefore, to enhance the moral construction of migrant workers, to promote the moral quality of migrant workers, has a great of practical significance for Co-coordinating urban and rural development, accelerating the construction of the West Coast Economic Zone, promoting the socialist harmonious society and the new rural construction. Currently, the academic research on migrant workers'moral construction is still in the initial stage, lacking of the systemic studied, both the level and depth of research need to be improved. Therefore, as a supplement, this study also has some theoretical significance. It not only can enrich the study of moral education groups, but also can help to development of the meaning of the civic morality and Socialist spiritual civilization. Based on the methodology of Marxist historical materialism and dialectical materialism, this paper analyses the moral status of two generations of migrant workers in Fujian comparatively and dialectically, and discusses systematically in integrated use of ideological and political education, ethics, sociology, psychology and other subjects.From the perspective of urbanization, this paper has a comprehensive analysis of the moral status of migrant workers and the causes of formation, and on this basis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improving the effectiveness of the migrant workers'moral construction and providing valuable reference for better urbanization and more comprehensive development.
