The author made 400 the issuance of questionnaire, we found Wuxi volunteer service f existing three aspects of the problem in the following, according to investigation questionnaire results: Awareness and participation of volunteer service is not high, volunteer service organization's self building weakly, volunteer leadership mechanism and incentive mechanism does not reach the designated position.After completing the work above, author makes an attempt to explore the suitable and the long-term developing mechanism of voluntary service: Firstly, we have to guide the masses emphasize on self-education and self-improvement, penetrate into community to develop volunteer service, and create dense social atmosphere, strengthen publicity mechanism, promoting service spirit; secondly, we must formulate the strict training institutions, enrich the training content, and innovate the training mode, perfect training mechanism, safeguarding human resources; thirdly, we can establish volunteer associations at all levels and volunteer service management center, strengthen coordination system, consolidating service management; fourthly, we should strengthen self-motivation, develop organization incentive, and promote social incentive, perfect incentive mechanism, providing a powerful driving force; fifthly, we must lead volunteer team construction into the legalized track and promote national voluntary legislation process, establish the legislation system, building legal support.Volunteer services are very noble cause in the contemporary era, for it is the dynamic that can maintain a society harmony and stability. In order to make the volunteer service career develop healthily and sustainability, it is essential that our country vigorously develop the voluntary organizations, continually improve the volunteer mechanisms and energetically promote voluntary service stepping on a standardized way.
