Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Civilized Practice Volunteer Service In Guizhou Province In The New Era

The pilot work of the new era civilization practice center is one of the major topics in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Since the pilot work of the New era Civilization practice Center in 2018,Guizhou Province has been one of the pilot provinces,The number of pilot counties increased from Chishui,Qingzhen and Longli to 23.In 2019,Longli has been included in one of the 10 key contact counties of the Central Propaganda Department.According to the requirements of the pilot project,the pilot work is carried out effectively in the pilot county.After nearly two years of active exploration,the pilot work has achieved remarkable results,forming with Guizhou characteristics of the new era of civilization practical experience.The pilot work of the New era Civilization practice Center requires voluntary activities as the basic form and volunteers as the main force.Based on the practice of Guizhou Province,this paper adopts the method of literature research,investigation and case analysis to analyze the development and existing problems of voluntary service in the practice of civilization in the new era of Guizhou Province,and puts forward some suggestions.This article is mainly divided into six aspects,the first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance,research status,research content and methods at home and abroad.the second is to volunteer service,the new era civilization practice volunteer service concept definition and the related theory elaboration;the third is to Guizhou province new era civilization practice volunteer service long-term effect mechanism constituent element elaboration;the fourth is to Guizhou province new era civilization practice volunteer service long-term effect mechanism operation present situation;the fifth is deeply analyzes the Guizhou province new era civilization practice volunteer service long-term effect mechanism construction existence question and the origin;and finally,we put forward suggestions from four aspects: perfecting the long-term communication mechanism,clarifying the normal coordination mechanism of voluntary service,strengthening the training mechanism of voluntary service,perfecting the incentive,supervision and guarantee mechanism of voluntary service,so as to better link voluntary service resources at all levels,integrate all kinds of voluntary service platforms,give full play to the positive role of volunteers in the new era,attract and encourage the masses to participate in the voluntary service of civilization practice,promote the improvement of voluntary service level in Guizhou Province,and ensure the long-term operation of voluntary service in civilized practice.
