The Study Of CPC's Social Integrating Ability

At present,our country is in the social transition. The social structure continues to differentiate. Social sharp collision factors of instability increase: stakeholder increasingly diverse, the collision of different values. It is a very serious trial for the communist party of China, which needs a higher social conformity ability to effectively regulate social conflicts and contradictions; coordinate the various interests and defuse concept collisions. The purpose of this paper is to attempt to review and investigate the social conformity ability of the Chinese communist party according to the changing situation, as the Chinese communist party's ruling ability is an important aspect of the communist party of China."Social integration" and "social conformity ability" are two core concepts, which are defined and present my own definitions for the further research. Then, the paper will study the real appeal of the social transformation of the party, the nature of the party, the strategic choices of the party finishing the goals and tasks to illustrate a basic point - social conformity ability is the Chinese communist party an important ruling ability. Next , the paper will define the social integration ability by two angles with"Weatherglass"and"Booster"in order to discuss the three important functions of the social conformity ability: clear the position of the social conformity ability in ruling ability system , a major role of social conformity ability, etc. This paper analyzes the restriction of six factors hindering the communist party of China's social conformity ability .Namely, the lag of social integration concept, the lack of social integration mechanism, the inability of basic-level organization of the party, the disharmony of inner-party, the unsmooth channel of social integration degree, the poor environment of social integration. Finally, this article illustrates that the social conformity ability should follow three basic principles, and points out six specific paths of increasing social conformity ability for the communist party of China.
