An Empirical Research On Constructing Harmonious Rural Communities

The rural communities of Tianjin mainly distribute in Wuqing, Baodi, Binhai district and Jinghai, Ninghe area. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper adopts empirical research method, analyzes the restricting factors in constructing the harmonious rural communities, and puts forward the countermeasures to construct the harmonious communities. The conclusion of this paper is: constructing the harmonious communities, not only need the guidance and support of government, more need rely on the group of peasants and arouse their enthusiasm and creativity extremely. Play the leading role in government departments effectively and stimulate the inner vigor of the peasants to keep the harmonious operation and development of the rural communities in Tianjin. This paper is composed of 5 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly discusses the background and significance of this research, research status from domestic and abroad, the research method and innovative points of this study.The second chapter is the interpretation of constructing the harmonious communities. It mainly discusses some concepts in relation to this study, analyzes several relationships of constructing the harmonious communities, and summarizes some functions of the rural communities.The third chapter is the empirical study design of constructing the harmonious communities. It mainly shows the research hypotheses, investigation methods and the collection of data .The fourth chapter is the rural communities of Tianjin questionnaire analysis result. Firstly it gives the sample an overall explanation, then analysises the economic and social characteristics of the participants and the restrict factors of constructing harmonious communities. In order to make the research questions more comprehensively, this chapter combines the data of Tianjin statistical yearbook of the year of 2004 to 2009 and data acquired during the process of the research.The fifth chapter is constructing the system of harmonious rural community in Tianjin. Firstly it introduces the theorical basis of constructing the system of harmonious rural community in Tianjin. Then it expounds the openness and development of Binhai area as the starting point, establishes and perfects the income system, educational training system, democratic autonomy system, infrastructure construction system and integration of communities system so as to keep the benign operation and development of the system of harmonious rural community.The epilogue of this paper points out some shortcomings of this paper, and prospects the future tense of the harmonious rural community.
