With the constant improvement of our legal system, protection of the rights of criminal victims has been fully appreciated, and as the theorists of research, has made positive progress. For example, to enhance the crime victim's status in criminal proceedings, etc., and on a series of criminal proceedings the right to in-depth theoretical analysis. China in 1996 under the revised《Law of Criminal Procedure》in the relevant content, we can see in the Criminal Procedure for the Protection of Victims of studies have been preliminary results, the introduction of this law that our country for the protection of victims of a right of action has made considerable progress. But we should also see, at this stage of the criminal case on the legal rights of victims of the civil clearly insufficient. In China,《Law of Criminal Procedure》only increase or procedural rights given to criminal victims, and in the substantive law provisions on protection of the rights of its victims is clearly scope for the comprehensive protection of the legitimate rights of criminal victims is very unfavorable.This article is based on this background, the first victims of the criminal a clear exposition of the concept, limited the scope of the study, as this study has laid a theoretical foundation. Then the criminal victims of civil rights protection to analyze the situation, clearly the current criminal victims of civil rights protection process problems, and then learn from foreign developed countries, based on the experience, effective on the proposed criminal victim of civil rights protection response mechanisms.
