Research On Regional Government Cooperative System Of Trans-Regional Environmental Governance

With the development of globlization and regional integration, China witnesses the speed up of marketization, industrialization, urbanization and modernization. At the same time, problems in trans-regional governance emerged abundantly as well. Among them, environmental protection are especially threatened. The conflict between the integration of environmental protection and the division of administrative system in our country made it worse. There are endless trans-regional pollution which highly urged an effective trans-regional cooperation. Only through cooperation it can improve the environmental governance. With the summary of problems in governance cooperations and deeply analysis of dilemma of such cooperations in China, this article analyses the theory of cooperation first. And based on the successful cooperations in developed countries and international cooperations, with the promotion of existing cooperations in China, it finally puts forward a plan of cooperative system on trans-regional environmental governance in China.
