Education Against Corruption-Analysis And Countermeasures

June 22, 2008,Central Committee issued the"Outline of Establishing well Prevention and Punishment Corruption System". (2008-----2012).Strengthening the Party's governing capability of the strategic, ,persisting in tackling the problem in a comprehensive, punitive and preventive measures, focusing on the principle of prevention, the outline proposes to establish a system for punishing and preventing corruption. Education is not solid, system and supervision are not effective, both of them still are important reason of the spread of corruption. Therefore , education is the foundation, the system is the guarantee and supervision is the key .In this spirit,this article discusses about the ideological education in the anti-corruption work in the position, role, problems, solutions and other issues of academic.This thesis is Formed by the four chapters :The first chapter discusses the ideological education in the fight against corruption in the status and role. The thesis is the ideological education is the first line of defense against corruption. And it is good for the role of self-restraint, firm belief in the role of fine traditions of the role, powers of the mind's role, especially for improving the quality of party members and cadres with incentives to enhance meaning. It plays a basic role in the is the overall pattern of anti-corruption.Second chapters discusses Communist Party of China opposing rotten the accomplishment advocating cheap education and experience. Building up a country in 60 especially in the comes 30 years reform and openness , Communist Party of China combats corruption and builds a clean government educating a job to have got splendid accomplishment .Specifically, there are three main aspects: First, we made the basic form of the anti-corruption theory of ideological education guidance system; Secondly is that we basically build the ideological line of defense against corruption;Third is that we basically formed the framework of anti-corruption education system. In this one great journey, Communist Party of China combated corruption and builded a clean government educating the experience having accumulated precious history. First is that theory be must educated to combine with real education; Second is that we must concentrate education and daily education in wedlock; Third is must combine positive education with warning education; Fourth are we must combine education content with education form; Fifth is we must combine ideological education with supervision punishment.The third chapter discusses the current thinking of anti-corruption education of the outstanding issues. Article that there are six outstanding issues in the current anti-corruption education in China in the ideological aspects :(a) We are lack of confidence in ideological education on the anti-corruption. (B)The targeted anti-corruption education is not strong. (C) The anti-corruption education is lack of effectiveness. (D) we are lack of affinity of anti-corruption education. (E)we are lack of long-term nature of anti-corruption education. (Vi) we are lack of anti-corruption education, scientific and rational approach to the problem of evaluation.Chapter IV discusses the anti-corruption measures of ideological education work. Strategies are five aspects :(a) we must clear focus of education :and streng of the leading cadres of the anti-corruption education; (b), we must get a breakthrough in education and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological education; (c), We should reflect the focus of education and u outstand long-term nature of the content of education; (d) We should construct pattern of education and improve anti-corruption "big mission" pattern; (e) We must establish a scientific and reasonable accountability mechanisms and evaluate mechanisms to deepen anti-corruption education.Finally, the paper points out the thinking in the anti-corruption education.
