Research On Crisis Information Publication System Of The Local Government In China

In recent years,with the highly development of socialist market economy and the deppening of reform and opening-up ,the social problems and contradictions of our country is becoming increasingly prominent.Various natural disasters and emergencies freqently happened,which test the administrative capability of our government and indicates that we are into a period of risk. The government's crisis management is a management in a constant state. As the most important handler of crisis and biggest source of crisis information, the government fins it vital to disclose information of public crisis effectively and legally. Therefore, the crisis information publication by local government is under study by academies and attracts more and more attention from and the public then ever.The object of this research is the government information of publication in emergency, mainly relied on the theories of laws, public management and public relations. In order to emphasise the worthy of information publication in emergency, this research is to be directed by quoating some positive and negative examples in recent years, such as Wen'chuan earthquake and SanLu milk powder incident. There are six chapters in this essay. Chapter One is Brief Introduction, which introduces the significance, current status and research methods of information disclosure. Chapter Two defines the concepts of Public Crisis Information and Public Crisis Information Publicity by Government. Meanwhile it points out the necessity for government to disclose the Public Crisis Information from theoretical and practical point of view. Chapter Three introduce other countries are U.S.A.,Japan practice and experience and lessons in dealing with the crisis mainly, offer reference for managing in crisis information publication of local government in China and draw lessons from. Chapter Four analyzes from more than aspects the existing problem in Crisis Information Publicity by our local government and the causes of it. Chapter Five subject problem existing to the crisis information publication system of our country, put forward the countermeasure of improving the crisis information publication system of the local government in our country.
