The history of selected graduates can be traced back to the 1960 s,when selected graduates were defined as part of the "successor to the revolutionary cause".It is the abbreviation of each provincial party committee organization department that plans to train graduates with excellent undergraduate or above qualifications from colleges and universities to work at the grassroots level as reserve personnel for party and government leading cadres.In recent years,a large number of selected graduates have become leading Party and government cadres at various levels such as the central,provincial,municipal,county(district),and township and street levels.The selection of selected graduates in Dongying began to be recruited around 1980.As of now,it has undergone more than 30 years of development.Due to the actual problems of individuals and reality,such as the lack of awareness of ideas,insufficient cultivation,and the lack of implementation of the system,it has affected the enthusiasm of selected graduates and affected their development.At the same time,with the rapid changes in the society,new issues,new conditions and new challenges will always appear in the development of selected graduates.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand and analyze the development status and analysis of selected graduates.This paper mainly uses investigation methods,literature research methods,comparative analysis methods and other research methods to carry out a comprehensive statistical analysis of the basic conditions such as the academic structure,gender structure,and the distribution of job levels of the selected graduatest.The thoughts,work and life status of the selected graduates were investigated and studied.On this basis,we will analyze the main problems existing in the selection of students at the level of their own knowledge,life,work,and the use of employers,and put forward suggestions and suggestions for improving the development of the selected graduates.We will help select and transfer groups and management departments to improve their understanding of the problem,put forward measures to improve the system,the employing unit and the selection and adjustment students themselves,and work hard to improve the whole chain of selection and education,so that the selection and adjustment students will develop in a scientific and standardized direction.Stimulate the maximum potential of selecting and adjusting students,so that selected graduates become the "drive" for the construction of cadre teams in Dongying,and point out the basic direction of self-improvement and self-improvement for selected graduates.
