| In recent years,the image of public security and efficiency issues by the people's attention.The level of public security performance directly affects the efficiency and functions of public security management of state affairs.In recent years,the organizational construction of grass-roots police officers has attracted particular attention,but the level of management can not keep up with the development of organizational development,the development of relevant measures are not implemented,in particular,does not clear the ordinary police officers and the leadership of the police performance Assessment system.In this environment,combined with Xingtai City,police officers of their own development status and historical problems in the past,how to develop a set of performance evaluation system for its development has become an important task,how to develop an effective performance appraisal system Has become a problem can not be ignored.The existing grass-roots police officers performance evaluation system exists,such as the assessment index classification is not obvious and so on.The purpose of the thesis is to provide a feasible reference for the improvement of performance evaluation system for grass-roots police officers by studying the performance evaluation system of grass-roots police officers in Xingtai Public Security Bureau.Based on the introduction of the theory and the present situation of the research,this paper firstly analyzes the thinking of performance evaluation of basic-level policemen in Xingtai Public Security Bureau.Secondly,the Xingtai City Public Security Bureau grass-roots police officers performance appraisal system design.Finally,carries on the analysis to the Xingtai public security bureau base level police performance appraisal system implementation and the effect evaluation.It is hoped that the research in this paper can help and inspire the practice of grass-root policemen performance appraisal in the future. |
