Legal Protection Of Intellectual Property For The Traditional Dialogue

The traditional dialogue (crosstalk) literature art is a part of the categories , that belong to the folk .But over the years, including a variety of traditional dialogue and including rights of creators of folk art category has not been very good value and legal protection. In the legal and economical and social conditions, how to protect the copyright of the traditional dialogue art is worthy of us to ponder. This will affect the economic interests as individuals, but also affect the sustainability of the traditional dialogue artistic development. As the special features of the traditional comic dialogues, traditional dialogue has never been full sense of the copyright, leading to irrational distribution of traditional crosstalk performance gains, which largely inhibit the creation of the traditional comic dialogue initiative groups.
