The legal protection of the right for equality female employment is helpful to protect our human rights and the construction of the society ruled by law .Although the law forbid the discrimination in employment, but there are many discrimination cases exist in fact, for the reason in law is that the law in our country is not perfect, so that, the law is not work, and the discrimination in employment is happened often. Although the scholars in our country have already give many suggestions in legislation, but for the research in theory of law is not enough, many scholars didn't do more depths research, so there are need more research in Theory about the suggestion of legislation, and consider the legislation experiences in foreign countries, then give the suggestion that worked, such as, establish equality in employment commission,promote the system of lawsuit about the discrimination in employment, perfected the litigation system of public interest, perfected the supervision mechanism and the allocation of the burden, and so on. Then make the right of equal employment for women come true.
