The Research On The Socialism Of People Mediation

As a non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism, people mediation has a long history in China and broad impact worldwide. Since the 90s of 20th century, compared to the litigation, the traditional people mediation with the main form of people mediation committee is on the decline. Among the reforms in people mediation in recent years, the people mediation studio in Shanghai has won particular concern from the government and the society. This thesis analyzed the problems in the socialism of people mediation through the observation of the operating mechanism of people mediation studio and put forward some solutions to them.
