Our country has established a preliminary legal system which is based on constitutional, including the laws and administrative regulations, departmental rules and regulations, local laws and government regulations, so as to protect and promote gender equality in employment. However, the current legal system on gender discrimination in employment is not perfect, cause in the labor market, indirect sex discrimination act increasingly fierce. When women's right of equality employment is infringed, it's difficult to get effective legal remedies. Therefore, to perfect our banned female indirect employment discrimination law system, must be clear about the employment discrimination, including indirect and other related concepts, establish corresponding evidential, responsibility and relief system, improve existing legal system, etc, in order to promote female fair employment and social harmonious development.
