The Search On The Factors Of China And America On The Nuclear Issue Of The North Korean

The nuclear issue of Korean Peninsula is a complex and sensitive matter.The issue has been a hotpot of international focuses. The North Korean is a neighbouring country of China. As a growing-up country, China shows great concern to North Korean nuclear issue and get involved actively. This issue is related to the diplomatism between states of heavyweight and their boarding states, which is also a key problem that china has to deal with appropriately during its peaceful growing-up.It has been more than 50 years since the end of the Korean War. The Iron Curtain is still hanging over. The development of Korean Peninsula situation and the future construction of safety mechanism in the Northeast Asia count for both the security and stability of Asia-pacific area directly, and the peaceful order transition of this area , too. At present, there has been some agreement between the US and China on the issue, gap still exists, though. America intends to solve this problem in a Libyan way while China seeks for a political talking manner, which affects international nerves, leading to a deadlock both in theory and practice.As far as the author is concerned, as two important outer factors of the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue after cold war, China and the US undertake special important mission and great responsibility for the solution of the issue and, the permanent stability and peace in Northeast Asia. The two countries enforce their cooperation , advance other four countries to join, and perfect the mechanism of Six States Talking, which is a method to solve this problem.The nuclear issue of Korean Peninsula is not only a hotpot of the Northeast Asia but also a hotpot and a trouble internationally. And the way to solve this issue has caught worldwide attention. Whether this problem can be handled is directly connected with the security in both Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia. The mechanism and the way to solve this matter are being discussed and researched academically and diplomatically. This paper chooses"the role of China and the role of America"as the subject, gives a deep analysis of diplomatic action and interests assignment of the two countries, and tries to come up with the way to solve the the nuclear issue of Korean Peninsula.
