Studies On Business Process Reengineering Oriented Supply Chain Management

In the 1990s, enterprises begin to actualize business process reengineering. However, with the deep research to BPR, people gradually cognize that if we want to acquire farther competition advantage, we need to actualize BPR not only to the inside of the enterprise, but also among the enterprise. So, BPR oriented SCM become the focus people care for.First, this paper studies the characters of business process along supply chain. Because supply chain process mainly represent process among enterprises, it becomes more huge and complex compared process inside enterprises. Its characters mainly represent the points that include information sharing, center with the final customs, integration and parallelization.Second, this paper studies the drive of BPR along supply chain and divides it into exterior drive and inside drive. Thereinto, exterior drive mostly arises from the change of competition mode and custom demand, and inside drive includes up-and-up internal force, culture internal force and desire internal force, and the black hole which result from enterprises plough vast capital into information technology compel enterprises to reengineer its business process. Because process modeling is the first tache to carry through BPR, it is very important to choose appropriate tools. Petri net is the appropriate too to model supply chain process through competition. Therefore, this paper bring forward a HCTPN (Hierarchical Colored Timed Petri net) and divides supply chain process chain mode, nesting mode and parallel mode aimed to the characters of process among enterprises.At last, this paper studies enterprise's core business process, and bring forward the method to measure enterprise's core business process, the strategy to outsource enterprise's process and the method to reengineer enterprise's core business process.
