Logistics Management Science is one of the most influential contemporary new subjects. Material flow and information flow, just the same to the fund flow, they are the supports, which help the human business activities to go on. The production, sales, circulation and the other fields of the enterprise can be improved much better through the logistics management, thus the competitive advantages are well positioned thereby. So the material flow management is regarded as he third profit origin of the enterprise he gold under the foot of the enterprise First this article introduced the basic information of the material system of Dalian seaport, and through analyzing Dalian enterprises function position and the market environment they are facing, decided the direction of the material reform that takes the Supply Chain Management as its guideline. Then through the theoretical and actual analysis, the Business Process Reengineering is clearly decided as the main method of reform. It also analyzed the exist process, and found out the faults from it. At last it redesigned the exist process, and put forward the corresponding reform measure in the fields of information process, the daily management way, the organizational structure and so on, so that assure reform to move smoothly and completely. The purpose of this article is to reduce the cost of Dalian seaport material flow, meanwhile as much as possible better the operation efficiency of the process through a series of reforms, especially for the responding speed to the demand of the production materials, so that guarantee the first line of production to operate successfully, and make a solid foundation for the further development of Dalian seaport.
