Studies On Optimization Of Enterprise's Purchasing Process Under Supply Chain Management

Since entered WTO, more and more furious market competition makes Chinese enterprises aware that purchasing management what used to be ignored can also be an important instrument to compete. This paper dissertates the significant effect purchasing on enterprises and SCM, analyses the main problems in our purchasing management currently and the requests SCM asks on purchasing process, then brings forward a propose how to optimise and reengineer the enterprise's purchasing process associating the examples and current investigations inland and overseas .It also gives a set of systemic suggestions to correspond to or ensure this transformation from organization structure, connection inside and outside and management system. With an eye to manufacturing, basing on investigates the paper researches purchasing by academic analysis and demonstration analysis, analyses the status quo in purchasing process by ASME method, then proposes an optimising and reengineering project using BPR idea for reference, trying to find the purchasing process and management mechanism that can iMRPove enterprise's purchasing efficiency and suit the SCM environment. It possesses some instructional and reference significance to our enterprises.
