Research On Purchasing Management In Oumeilong Corporation Based On Supply Chain Management

As the international purchasing has been used by more and more industry field, China become more and more attractive because of her manufacturing capability. Most of the international corporation start their purchasing work in China. As a famous Japanese manufaturer in industrial controller parts, Oumeilong has also started its international purchasing business in China.Oumeilong Shenzhen corporation is a branch office in Shenzhen for Oumeilong's OEM and IPO business. But in 2 years from set-up, Oumeilong Shenzhen is,because of many reasons, in bad condition. In order to find the problems and improve this situation, further more, to give some guidelines for the foreign purchasing companies, the thesis is using supply chain management theory to study the company in purchasing strategy, company organization, purchasing process and purchasing management in the real purchasing background of south-China area.After the study, some improvements have been made based on the company's real background to reorganize its process flow, organization and purchasing management.Through these improvements, the decision-making of Oumeilong Shenzhen become more reasonable, the organization become more fit for the outside environment and SCM theory. The process has been shorted, and the efficiency has been increased also the total cost of the supply chain has been decreased.
