Study On Investment And Financing System Of Pumped-Storage Power Plant

Pumped-storage power plant can take on the tasks of reducing peak and filling valley, emergency reserve, frequency modulation, phase modulation, etc. in power system. It can guarantee electric system safely, stably and economically. From the power supply construction, energy sources distribution, the increasing trend of the peak and vale difference, it is necessary to build pumped-storage power plant in China.If pumped-storage power plant can exert the best economical benefit and have better profitability, is determined by its benefit compensation system, investment and financing system and operational rules of electric system. This paper will first introduce problems of the electric investment and financing system. Through demonstration, the investment and financing system of Pumped-storage plant, based on new operation rules, is put forward. Based on that, a new electric investment and financing system of social market economy is established.
