Study And Experence On ERP Constructing Of Luohuang Power Plant

We have entered the information times since 21 century. The widely use of information technology has brought revolutionary changes to every field, improve the productivity and management in industry. Promoting industrialization through information management has become the import development strategy of China's state-owned enterprise. With quickly increasing of China's economy, the power industry of China has enhanced the interior management and innovation. The State Department made a serial of innovation to Power industry, two electric web company and five generate electricity group have been came into existence. The strategy of "power plant separate from electric web"has been actualized. The electric power system innovation has brought direct and acute competition to all domestic power plants. How to improve enterprise's management level and rival ability has been the important subject to domestic power plant. The article indicated the need of power plant enhancing information system construction by analysis of the situation after electric system innovation. The article studied Huaneng Luohuang Power Plant's process and experience of information system construction, analyzed the strategy of ERP construction. Aim of the article is: aim at the failure of some Chinese enterprises'developing ERP and try to give some suggestion to avoid the failure.
