| The development of market economy bring a great opportunities of investment on waste-to energy plant to enterprises. This paper analys the existing situation of the investment environment and policy about project of waste-to energy plant in China. At the same time, the paper discusses the investment way, financial way, investment risk, economic benefit, economic capacity of this kind of project and set up a model of project economic benefit analysis. Then the paper proposes the concept and approaches of promoting system reform of waste-to energy industry. |
