Privacy Protection Under Network Environment

In 20 centuries , the Internet affect the mankind's existence and the life style deeply. Thus a" conjecture" space that has no centralized management and no national boundary to the place provided the unprecedented speech and the expression freedom, and it also provide the unprecedented convenience for the people's information exchanges, communication .However, with the network for ages of development, we also appeared some new problems nearby, exposing the conflict between internet and realistic world. a conflict between the network development and the right of privacy protection is an one of them.. In this text, the writer inquiry into the path and the method to protect network right of privacy effectively in our country, based on elaborating the present protective condition of Chinese network development and right of privacies, content, characteristic...etc. of the network right of privacy ,combining the fulfillment of the realms, such as foreign network lawmaking and the technique guarantee...etc.. Because the right of privacy protection lawmaking and researches in our country is under western national, therefore, the writer introduce the law and technique for privacy protection and made a conclusion that the establishment of privacy protection mechanism not only lessons well beneficial experience from Euro-American all countries, but also make adjustment aiming at the concrete state of our country. Chapter 3 based on the protective introduction of the foreign network privacy lawmaking, and combining the present condition of the our country ,the writer point out the protective and related key sticking point of the check and supervision our country network right of privacy. Chapter 4 puts forward the thinking of how to improve the protection of network privacy in our country. The writer consider the above-mentioned analytical foundation and realize that our country still has the certain margin in network privacy protection, and elaborate from following severalsess :(1)Lawmaking, the management system;(2)The quest of the non-norm realm.
