| The course of the sustainable development needs some indexes to be measured .No matter at home or overseas , the research of evaluating indicator system of the sustainable development in different space scopes is not perfect. There are some problems which are the large number of the indexes ,the bad practical capacity and the inability of reaching the smaller space scopes ,such as inhabitation parks industrial parks and marketplaces which are the basic units of the city, province ,country and the whole global ecological system .However ,the difference of the many kinds of ecological parks ,whose structure and function are unlike, brings the formidable problems to the evaluation.From the standpoint of ecology ,the author comes up with ecological park' environment indicator system after inquiring into the its concept , connotation and property. All kinds of ecological parks' indicator systems can be expressed in it after adding some character indexes which inscribe the structure and function of them .Aiming at Eco-industrial Parks( EIPs ),which is a very important kind of ecological parks ,the author studies how to apply the ecological parks' evaluating indicator system to EIPs .So the author puts forward the index system of EIFs on the basis of the former.In addition , the author builds up a model of AHP-three classes fuzzy comprehensive assessment,which makes many qualitative indexes quantitative ,and obtains some reasonable and scientific results .As an application, the author evaluates Wuliangye Group Co. Ltd. The evaluative result accords with the qualitative practical conclusion .This shows the evaluating indicator system of the ecological park and EIPs are not only benefit to the theory of the sustainable development ,but meaningful in the practice .The indicator systems in this article not only can become the supplement of the present evaluating indicator systems, but also have realistic meaning in the practice.
