| Finance is now the core of modern economy, and its healthy development can propel or prohibit otherwise the development of economy. Facing the trend of international unification and internal business lapping and mixing, the channel blocking and low efficiency of our present financial supervision mode stand out.. So the in-depth study of China's financial supervision mode selection in the system evolution would be of great value to the establishment of our modern financial supervision system fit for China's status quo, and the healthy, steady, and sustainable development of China's finance.The thesis analyzed the system source of mixed financial supervision mode with the system evolution theories of new system economics; initiated the hypothesis of financial supervision effect, and established financial supervision game modes respectively according to different financial supervision stages and found the solutions to the mode equilibriums. Based on that, the thesis analyzed the behaviors of the two parties in the financial supervision gaming, and established financial supervision game mode from the standing point of financial supervision department. The thesis also studied the financial supervision system evolutions of USA, and Japan, which had experienced typical financial supervision system evolution, and noted that tradition supervision methods were insufficient in the face of financial liberalization, financial tools creation, financial risks amplification etc. Financial supervision system is in an disequilibrium due to the requirement of system selection, techniques, and system services and the changing of concerning financial operation system, leading to the allured and compulsory system evolution of financial supervision system. The thesis applied "cooperative game mode" to the analysis of selection of financial supervision system, and provided suggestions concerning the gradual implementation of mixed financial supervision mode.
