The reforming of state-owned enterprises has been the focus of economic system reforming in our country, and a lot of beneficial practice has been made in this field . But the state-owned enterprises reforming has a long way to go , until now there is a lot of problems haven't been resolved . Surviving enterprises occurred during the large and medium size state-owned enterprises' restructuring, and they only exist in our country .Since the original state-owned enterprises are partly restructured , the surviving enterprises and the listed company have much relationship in employees ,assets and operations . The surviving enterprises occupied the benefit of the listed company. What the surviving enterprises have done has not only deviated from the original objective, but also encroached the benefit of stock holders who only less stocks of the listed company, further more it doesn't do any benefit for the capital market of our country . To some extent, if the problems of the surviving enterprises hasn't been resolved, the listed company won't developed very well, and will do harm to the achievement of reforming.Because the surviving enterprises don't have a long history , there are not many articles deeply illustrate them.
