With the rapid development of modern technology and the stepwise establishment of market economy, the internal & external environments of enterprises have greatly changed. The rapid changes of market environments have great impact on traditional enterprise management. Enterprises are eager for some methods, which can manage present enterprises more effectively.Many theories, such as enterprise project management theory, evaluation theory and encouragement theory are deeply analyzed and studied in the dissertation. Many investigations are carried out in two kinds of enterprises. Applying the method of integrated evaluation and the method of radar chart, I set up the evaluation system & encouragement mechanism of the two kinds of enterprises. Besides these, I discuss the evaluation system & encouragement mechanism of XAC.The productions of the dissertation are as follows. The first one is to set up some performance indexes & performance standards for the estimated employees. The second one is to set up a new evaluation model. The third one is to design some radar charts and evaluation standards for the estimated project teams, etc.
